      Gained employees and respect as being a top achiever, some decent people,

      Zero zero zero work life balance , you work a job that fits 5-6 employees If you’re good and exceeding expectations and especially of the opposite gender of your manager , he/she will start rumors of unethical behavior to immediately let you go to keep their job safe especially if you are highly skilled, other than them respecting those skills

      Nice digs Decent snacks Decent work life balance

      Cons

      Very small group (12 at the time, and only 3 creative) Low grade technology (home printers instead of business grade, no monitors for laptops) Process is lacking

      no Pros in this Place except working with nice people.

      Cons

      very low salaries not even compared to the market average. the company is only for the board members and no benefits for the rest of the employees. no benefits at all. no career development and for the Promotion you have to lick the shoes of the board members. no development at all. the location of the factory is very very bad.
