My salary was below the market average. Working within the constraints of a project's limited budget

Depending on project it can be busy or really leisure workload. A lot of different projects themes and genre so one can find something more to his interest. A person can ask a transfer between projects inside the company. Annual friendly full paid corporate meetings for both headquarters employee and remote ones. Also some employee they send to in-country conferences.

No payment raise for a long periods of time. Some projects can be less interesting for high management thus gaining less money and human resources thus not being able to deliver quality content even after being officially released.
