      Good paychecks Management doesn't hover over you like hawks

      Cons

      Condescending management Poor work conditions Dangerous chemical exposure You'll spend at least a year working here before they even consider hiring you, but usually you're just cheap labor from an employment agency and they will fire you before that.

      They are a flexible company that look to build machines that last. They strive to make customers happy and have deep rooted traditions.

      Not much in the area and the offices could use updating.

      Pros

      OEM of steel coil processing equipment. I found the work was challenging at times and the customer service is rated no. 1 in the industry. To[ management change and recent new ownership of the company.

      Cons

      Union run shop. HR department has questionable methods of termination that negatively effects the company as a whole.
