This company is a complete disgrace. Recently fired or made redundant a lot of trained staff and had to replace with untrained agency workers by conning them into a contract, cos they believe its a good place. Bribary tactics such as promotions and payrises are often used to stop people leaving and adding to the horrific staff turnover. The management care nothing for workers on the production floor, forcing them to work at an uncomfortable pace in uncomfortable conditions. With supervisors resorting to shouting sometimes racial abuse when unrealistic targets are not met. A ridiculous number of procedures are in place to make your day as awkward and diffucult as possible, and you will be punished and belittled for the slighest deviation from these. Ignore the pretty factory, parties and carnivals, you are forced to have a good time, its just social media propoganda. The truth comes out once inside.
