Pathetic work environment - Anonymous employee Hetero Employee Review

1. Hetero is good pharma industry but it is not using technology. Management in MIS and Data analytics team don't have basic data analytic skills literally manageing higher authorities with just Excel and reports. Where as company like Novartis using DATA SCIENCE a lot. 2. Toxic work environment 3. lot of work restrictions 4. Worst salaries and they don't hire you as hetero employe.
