Good colleagues, flexible employee policies, and fairly good pay and benefits for the nonprofit sector.
Cons
The organization doesn't have a clear mission other than to generate funding and other forms of support and attention. Had a turnover ratio of like 30-75% every year for three years straight. Work seems fairly purposeless but strictly controlled.
