      Pros

      Highly supportive Plant Management, and coworkers. Probably the best Job I've ever had in my life.

      Cons

      Corporate leadership seems ignorant to everyday challenges experienced at Plant level operations, Sever lack of upper echelon operational organization. Corporate Leadership seems poorly equipped to make well informed business decisions which have greatly adversely effected the company as a whole.
