Cons
If you are Fresher Or experienced then first they told you saturday may be you have to come for work. Then they strongly ask you to come. FYI this is a 6 days working company, all day you have to sit extra Hours, there is no extra money for that, Mobile is strictly not allowed. If you have any urgency then they are not allowed you. You have to give your contact to HR. HR is worst, arrogant I have ever seen. They are not give you immediately your offer letter, also salary slip, anything you want like leave, salary slip, offer letters, Etc. they not give a proper response to employees. From your side anything going wrong then they give you shocked things, Like they told to you are best in this profession, we have requirements in our company. Without any proper reason why they make this decision. I have 4 people who have same experience. Including fresher and experience. There are senior who don't have very much deeply knowledge about technology, I have one issue regarding work, you can not believe but I asked 3 to 4 Seniors to fix this issue, he/or She passed me to ask this to resolve this issue. No one is helpful there. There no one who longer stay in this company.I strongly not recommend this company to join. Because they ruin your career.
