Amazing support and good bonus scheme. Manager found me a full-time position at the end of my internship.

Some of my team weren't taking it seriously and made getting tasks done difficult.

I was fired without discussion because the CEO Tom Stokes posted a poll in our "question of the day" channel. The question was "where do you stand on the Israel/Palestine conflict". I commented that this was incredibly inappropriate for the workplace and insensitive no matter your stance because people have died and the question of the day before was "pineapple on pizza?". I was instantly removed from the server and then told that I wasn't a "good fit" even though I had been working with them for a month with no problem. Additionally, my team was dissolved a week before release and I was never spoken to about what this would mean for me as an employee. This position was unpaid and we had meetings every weekday.
