      Pros

      Can't think of any really.

      Cons

      A lot of unsafe practices and bullying in the work place, very low pay. Asked to test things, report it for being out of specification and get "it's good enough" - if you don't care about the result, why was I testing it? No opportunity for improvement.

      Pros

      Leadership is generally hands off and there is little micromanagement. The working hours are manageable and the shift pattern is reasonable. The day to day workload is not overly demanding.

      Cons

      Good performance is not rewarded in a meaningful way. Progression opportunities are very limited. Rules and expectations are not applied consistently across the team. Some employees appear to be treated more favourably than others. Raising concerns often feels unproductive. Team culture is undermined by gossip and favouritism. Long term pay growth appears limited.
