Chance to interact with very high-quality peers and companies. Interesting and rewarding space to work in (tech) with focus and momentum. Very good opportunities for learning, supportive colleagues in the investment team.
Cons
High expectations and some inefficiencies caused by operations not being streamlined. Large HR team but lack of clarity around roles, promotions, responsibilities. Less 'prestigious' feeling than other PE firms in terms of office, travel, titles etc
