Great work-life balance with flexible hours and a fully remote-first culture. Leadership actually listens to engineers and there's a strong emphasis on ownership — you're not just a ticket monkey. Tech stack is modern and there's real investment in keeping it that way. Compensation is competitive and the equity refreshes are meaningful. Good PTO policy that people actually use.
Cons
Onboarding process is a bit chaotic — you're expected to hit the ground running with minimal documentation. Some cross-team communication gaps can slow down projects. Career ladder could be more clearly defined, especially for senior ICs. Middle management layer can create bottlenecks.
