I also worked at Hidden Reflex for few years. If you are willing to learn then this is the company you should opt for. Based on my experience, once this company hires any candidate, it will give many chances for to improve their skill's. In worst case they will give copy paste work to such guys who can't able to handle real challenging tasks and try to help them for building their carrier. If you are talented guy then surely you will going to get very good hike based on the result's which you will show. You should choose this company only if: 1. If you are workaholic. 2. If you want to build your carrier with the strong base. 3. If you want to earn good package then it should be your choice. 4. If you would like to improve your skills. 5. If you would like to learn how to handle the pressure.
Cons
You will going to get very challenging jobs some times, you may need to work hard and need to work for long duration of time. But if you take it positively, and if you think as it's your starting stage of your carrier and if you cross this threshold then you can work in any kind of environment. This company is not for the person who does't want to work, who just wanted to enjoy their time.
