Very Beautiful Hotel with nice rooms and a beautiful event space. You (sometimes) get a discount at the coffee bar. Good benefits and pay

Big brother is always watching. They hire you to do a job that they dont trust you to do well. You are always being watched, and when things go wrong everything falls on you. Upper management takes no responsibility for their faults and care more about the money than creating a memorable stay for a guest. Toxic environment!
