Fun environment and our entire staff are extremely knowledgeable about fire alarms! Received all the proper tools to learn the lingo.

We are very busy-sometimes we need to work overtime.

Nothing really… Employees were fun to work with I guess… We all knew what was up tho… No management.

He treats people including employees horrible, treats everyone like garbage. Blames everyone but himself. Doesn’t pay bills on time, just ask Notifier or ADI… Enjoys hiring good looking women to make himself feel important, even though they aren’t educated in fire alarm (hilarious) He’s a salesman not a manager. Talks about minorities (even though he is one) 🤦‍♂️ Every job is a fire drill because he doesn’t know how to plan or listen to advice from anyone (He knows it all, so he thinks) Arnold sucks and everyone in the industry knows it. All his employees know this as well, but keep it quiet around him since they appreciate checks. On the lowest, he blames his 4 yr old grandkid for getting him sick all the time (Who does that) He talks bad about employees performance or taking time off while they are going through cancer treatment, and chemotherapy… That’s pretty low if you ask me… This tells you everything you need to know about the guy… Oh he’s also bi-polar, so be prepared for that! Dudes a clown…
