      - I wake up every day excited to go to work. -Great culture - self starting, empathy, and craftsmanship. -Amazing coworkers. The people here are awesome. -Company is transparent about everything. -Very collaborative environment. -Great customers. -Excellent product that makes an impact.

      Pros

      - Small team but everyone is really nice and helpful. - Fair when it comes to workloads and deadlines. - Not super strict. As long as the work gets done well and in a reasonable time, you're good to go.

      Cons

      - Due to being a small team, everyone is pretty busy and it can be tough getting answers to questions from people in a reasonable time.

      Pros

      I enjoyed my time as an Account Executive at HighMatch. They have a great company culture and leadership. Also, a very cool and easy-to-sell product offering and service.

      Cons

      The only downside I would say is the lack of upper-ward mobility because it's a smaller organization.
