Pros

Placebo effect of savings. At client location, free accommodation, food, essentials are in offering. Spectacular trick to get employees hooked by reducing pay scale.

Cons

Managers, not leaders: Top management is unsympathetic about employees. Personnel management over HRM: Feeble HR as well as top management add to emotional trauma. Work life balance: I've seen people in agony and still working till 1 AM, constantly. Lack of knowledge about project management: A great flaw for any project oriented business is their lack of understanding of planning. Unrealistic planning only results in employees feeling that the team is being inefficient to complete deliverables in time. Unprofessional: I've had personally experienced their insidious behavior while I had put down my papers. Their treacherous acts were uncanny.

Cons

Can be time-consuming: Creating a comprehensive list can take time, especially for complex decisions. Not always definitive: The list doesn't automatically tell you the "right" answer; a person's values, feelings, or other factors may override the list's outcome. Potential for bias: There's a risk of being biased in what you include or the weight you assign to each point. Quantity over quality: It can sometimes be tempting to focus on having more items on one side rather than evaluating the significance of each point.
