Pros

The shift pattern can be ok if you do not have children Some friendly people and children

Cons

Working at this company presents a difficult environment where upper management is largely invisible, leaving senior staff to fill the gap with intense micromanagement of daily tasks. The professional atmosphere is often compromised by maturity issues and internal conflicts that hinder productivity, creating a culture where advancement feels more dependent on whether your "face fits" a specific mold rather than on individual merit. There are also significant transparency issues regarding compensation, as pay details typically do not appear on payslips or the HMRC app until the day after payment is received. Potential applicants should also be aware that the company appears to actively monitor and remove critical feedback from review platforms, making it hard to find a balanced perspective on the workplace.

Pros

Some of the children are nice to work with

Cons

- seniors are micromanagers, texting asking where you are every second - management leave the seniors to run the shifts and are only seen when there is drama. - The children lie often causing conflict in the staffing team - constant problems with payroll - New staff up and leave when they clock on to the dysfunction - No employee benefits
