Cons
***BEWARE*** Highland Rivers is not an organization for black people to work! This organization's main office is located in Rome Ga...that should tell you something ( klu kluck territory). The pay is 18 - 20 dollars an hour and they will work you like a slave right off of the port of Charleston South Carolina. They don't care about employees especially black people being that most of the lowest paying jobs are filled by black people. The organization chart is filled with white faces. You've been warned black people, don't work here! You'd be better off working at McDonald's. McDonough probably have better retention rates than this place. There are maybe one or two black people that you can trust here (you will meet one of them in the beginning***think***) If you decide to work here, trust not one black face especially if they're in high places like Human resources or if they're in upper management positions. They're being used as the grease that keeps this ole squeaky wheel of an oppressive organization turning. No one will speak up for you so don't bother complaining or you will be fired illegally probably. If you don't believe me, look up all of the lawsuits that black people have filed against them for racist and discrimintory practices. You have been warned black people... don't do it.
