      You get to help some of the most at risk people. You meet lots of new people.

      Cons

      Management not willing to pay a fair wage. Management doesn't recognize hard work. Management keeps asking us to go above and beyond without any reward for good performance. Over worked, under paid.

      Pros

      My time at HRBH was pretty good. The company overall was supportive of my career goals and promoted me within the organization a number of times. I appreciated the career advancement because I definitely didn't receive that level of professional support at my previous job.

      Cons

      The pay (of course) but it's a community agency so what can you expect.

      Cons

      Training and lateral opportunities are available consistently because they have such a high turn over rate. The pay is abysmal and they have a policy you are not allowed to reveal your pay scale.
