Pros
I worked at Highlight for over 2 years. People are a pleasure to work with, several different tasks to get stuck in on a regular basis, open training opportunities, management are all friendly and everyone is treated as equals, beautiful office location, modern and clean office building, flexible working
Cons
Despite the lovely country views, the office isn't the most accessible unless you drive and food options around the area tend to be limited
