Pros

I currently work at Highline Management Team and genuinely love being part of this organization. The leadership truly cares about the people here — not just about performance, but about personal and professional growth. They consistently push development in a way that feels motivating, not overwhelming. The atmosphere is positive, team-oriented, and high-energy. You’re surrounded by people who want to see you win, and that makes a huge difference. The management team leads by example, communicates clearly, and creates real opportunities for advancement for those willing to put in the work. If you’re someone who values growth, accountability, and being part of a driven but supportive culture, this is a great place to be. I’m grateful for the development I’ve experienced here and the relationships I’ve built along the way.

Cons

This isn’t the right environment for someone who isn’t open to growth or personal development. The culture is very driven and focused on improvement, so if you’re not looking to be challenged or pushed to grow, it may not be the best fit.

Pros

The office team (NOT THE OWNER)

Cons

EVERYTHING ESPECIALLY THE OWNER JUST RUN FAR AWAY! If you value yourself as a person run very far away from this place. The owner is full of empty promises and has extreme mood swings. There is NO work life balance. When you start you will be working 60+ hours a week but when you get promoted that WILL raise to 85-90 hours per week with no pay raise. They don’t give a damn about your safety or as you as person. Let’s just put it this way when I started several months ago they had 60-70 people in office by the time I left they maybe had 11 people left on a good day….
