Pros

Great Company To Work For If You Want To Be A Rope Access Technician That Works In Dallas. If You Don't Want To Have A Job As A Rope Access Technician That Travels Everywhere, The Highpoint Is Well Worth It. Able To See Family Every Night. The Group Of Guys Are Great. More Of A Family Atmosphere Than Strangers. Pay Depends On Experience As Well As Increases Based Off Of Performance/Hitting Quotas For Job Sites. Working Hard Pays Off!

Cons

Cons Would Be Rainy Days Can Mean No Work Or Lack Of Hours Due To Lightning, But Safety Is Above Risking It For Money If You Don't Like Waking Up Early, Then You May Not Want This Job. Early Starts Often Happen
