Business Outlook
Pros
Great company for an individual starting in the tower industry. They provide many opportunities that most other tower companies cannot. They do try to minimize the amount of time out of town so employees can enjoy family time. The company does try to take care of employees not only at work but their personal lives as well.
Cons
Can be very stressful work environment. Work schedule is at the mercy of cell carriers demands. Lower pay but more opportunities to learn than most tower companies.
