Expectations are clear and achievable and work life balance is respected in a way that’s uncommon for agencies. It’s a high performance culture with great structure -- agency life doesn’t get much better than this.
Cons
The pace can be intense, particularly given the caliber of clients and the visibility of the work. High expectations come with high profile accounts, so responsiveness and flexibility are essential. That’s the nature of agency life, but it does require resilience.
