Nothing beyond basic statutory benefit package. No real care for customer - it’s all about the profit. No annual appraisal over a 3 year period (despite a well documented proc in place) BM whilst a great broker, absolutely no people mgt or time mgt skills… and no apparent structure in place to counter this Do not support WFH in any shape or form
