I truly enjoy working at Hillpointe! Being part of the Property Operations team has been an incredible experience. The leadership here is strong and visionary, always focused on helping us succeed. Beyond that, the company genuinely takes care of its people — from great benefits to a positive, motivating culture. Every day, I’m inspired by the amazing teammates I get to work alongside and proud to be part of such a forward-thinking organization. Overall, this is a company that rewards dedication, encourages growth, and values its people. I’m proud to be part of Hillpointe’s continued success!

Cons

It’s unfortunate to see a few negative reviews from individuals who may not have fully understood the company’s new direction and growth strategy. Hillpointe is expanding rapidly, and with new properties comes the exciting challenge of getting out into the community, building relationships, and driving successful lease-ups. Those who embrace that vision and put in the work quickly see the results — both personally and professionally.

Pros

My property had a great team- my initial regional manager was very involved, attentive and available when I needed assistance. Leasing Managers make their own schedule- HOWEVER you will usually find yourself working more than 40 hours a week.

Cons

After resigning from my position, I never received my earned bonus for move-ins from the previous month, totaling $1,900. Despite repeated attempts to reach out to HR and Payroll, my emails were ignored, even with several managers CC’d. At this point, I will have to pursue legal recourse to recover the funds I earned for exceeding move-in targets in February. My experience has made it clearer why employees may leave.
