Non-management colleagues were very friendly
Cons
Purposefully mislabeling their sales team Sales Development Reps so they could grossly underpay them for doing full-cycle work with zero sales training. Reps do not get commission here. Little regard or care for their subordinates. Sales director just sits there all day (not selling or helping with deals) until it's time to call the Japanese vendors, can't even train reps. Management in general are not good with people (or empathy), they're more preoccupied with micro-managing your time or abandoning you when a prospect visits.
