      Pros

      It is a ggod company to work for with decent pay and benefits. It is a mechanical gem in regards to cleanliness and energy improvements we had been implementing prior to the sale of the building.

      Cons

      we have maybe 18 months left on our contract. Personally, I need a supervisor gig, as my body is showing signs of wear and tear running around this skyscraper.

      As a consultant, I felt there could have been more support in helping employees transition to new internal opportunities after project assignments ended.
