Dead end job, it's a very small company with no outlook for future, they will not promote for management positions internally, so there is no chance that you will ever get promotion. Job itself is dead end , there is no new technology to learn , every tech nology used in the company is from decades ago, so you will be put dated as soon as you come in. Everything is done on the cheap side, there is no benefit other that legally obligated by governments. Salary is well below market value, you work hard to compensate f9r lack or equipment, it's the definition of work harder not smarter. Backwards management and decision making.
