Pros
I’ve been working as an Account Manager at HireHawk, and overall it’s been a good experience. The role itself can be pretty demanding—you’re juggling client expectations, internal coordination, and hitting targets—but that’s also what’s helped me grow a lot. One thing I’ve appreciated is the level of ownership you get. You’re not micromanaged, and clients really feel like your accounts. At the same time, the team is there when things get tough—people are open to jumping in, sharing advice, or just helping you think through a problem.
Cons
It’s not without its challenges. There are definitely high-pressure moments and times where priorities shift quickly, but I’ve found leadership to be fairly receptive when you raise concerns or suggest improvements.
