Pros
Out of the couple of agencies I've worked with, HireIO had the strongest culture and collaboration. I found that the incentivized compensation was very, very fair and the potential for high earnings is great. Management and leadership treat you like you matter.
Cons
Like many start-ups, it is a growing company that undergoes many changes. If you feel like you can succeed in a start-up atmosphere this is the place to be.
