- No opportunity for promotion - Unhealthy work environment - You get told off by the management every now and then - The lab manager Thalma used to tell us she would cut down our hours if we didn’t constantly work and sit around. Which is weird because we were contracted for full time ?? -The rudest management with little pay and constant change in your roster timing
