Pros
Provides flexibility, nice colleagues, easy to work with. In general, allows you to work with the “by left” methods.
Cons
Higher management doesn’t value employees’ feedback, at the end of the day, money speaks louder than employees’ pain, they need to hear what their staff feedbacks instead of caring about the end result only. No proper processes in place, too “by left”. Basically, lack of professionalism. And, need to clean up mess for other BU/department due to the lack of processes.
