      Pros

      The work at Hitachi Ebworx was flexible, Time management was on our hands as long as we can fulfill the requirements of the project.

      Cons

      We had to be on-site in order to get inside the bank's network due to security issues, so lots of time are wasted on travelling.

      - FG best place for learn lol - Onsite

      Cons

      - Management set unrealistic KPI - Weird management between Indonesia and Malaysia - HQ employee get everything better. - A lot PM cant do his/her work - Salary review not objective - As programmer we forced to tracking our attendance and you not allowed to go home on time.
