      - bad management and decision making from leadership - work endlessly long hours everyday, PH, Saturday and Sunday - no fair reward and incentive structures

      - FG best place for learn lol - Onsite

      Cons

      - Management set unrealistic KPI - Weird management between Indonesia and Malaysia - HQ employee get everything better. - A lot PM cant do his/her work - Salary review not objective - As programmer we forced to tracking our attendance and you not allowed to go home on time.
