Cons
poor salaries. high instability, minimum mutual respect, no adherence to even the minimal labour laws with regards to salary upraisals. management mistrusts its employees. zero appreciation to employees work. extremely unfair salary variance between employees, ie no grading system. everthing goes ambiguously in secret.
