Thank you for taking time to share your feedback with us. I am sorry to hear that you are having this experience while working at Hive, but I’m thankful that you’re bringing this up to our attention. There is always room for improvement, for us to be an even better employer.
As you may know, the company has gone from a start-up to a scale up company which means that we have been growing very fast and been expanding the whole company in a short amount of time – which is super fun, but also comes with challenges, especially in the continuous work of creating a sustainable work environment, where our core values permeate the culture.
We want you to know that we are appreciating and taking your feedback very seriously and will take actions in order to make improvements to create a more inclusive work environment and structure here at Hive, this is an ongoing work that we have been putting a lot of efforts into and will continue to do, for example by starting to measure, understand and improve the sense of belonging among our employees, we have also initiated a collaboration with a company that supports us in all type of employee well-being questions. We have also started a leadership training, that will have a dedicated focus on psychological safety.
