Fun place to work and great coworkers.

A lot of negativity was said about the owner and the direction of the company. I didn't work directly with him and cannot confirm or deny that.

The only thing i can think of is i had a great team.

Well just walk in and look at the trophy wall it looks like a restaurant that hasn't gotten recognized in a long time. I never should have been hired, they had very able people who could have been hired from within. The owner Alon is directionless, Homedicas, playcraz, snapcamp, and i forget the ridicules idea of a expansion fridge storage system. He doesn't have anyone to tell him no. And if you look at they companies mission statement it has nothing to do with what they are doing now. Also any manager who has a in their office that beating will continue until morale improves is a red flag. and i full transparency i was furloughed.
