      Pros

      Free tuition. The new management that they brought in really did try their hardest but it is difficult to go against a cult when you have a low budget and you can't fire anyone because you technically need everyone working late. Just a sad system.

      Cons

      Benefits are horrible, they have meetings every week about how they will make a change but yet the academic advisors have mostly been there since it was the stone age. Do NOT take this job and be the "new young person" around the fort myers office. They will harrass you and make your life miserable. Sad because it's such a rewarding thing - gettting people into college

      Pros

      It was a work study internship that provided a some extra income.

      Cons

      I was an honors student during my time as both a student and an employee at Hodges. They would not consider me for a regular full time position within their IT department. They would instead choose applicants and recent graduates from other schools and basically tell me, "Better luck next time.". If they didn't believe in their students' qualifications, then why should I trust in their qualifications as an accredited university? It doesn't make any difference now because as of August 2024, Hodges ceased to exist.
