Senior leadership invests a lot into keeping the culture one of humility, respect, and fun. New CEO has strong support.

People stay here for a VERY long time, and for some it’s the only job they’ve ever had. This can lead to some change resistance, entitlement, unrealistic expectations, etc. Not a lot of senior positions available due to company size, either, so progression is limited unless you change departments.
