Pros
It's a small company so you get to know your co-workers
Cons
Too many VP's that change company policies too often. Senior employees can do as they feel with little to no repercussions. Pricing strategy is too outdated to compete with the competition. The facilities outside of the corporate offices are run down with multiple maintenance issues, including mold. Mold is everywhere.
