      Gain a bit of experience in a medical setting even if working dietary because they have meetings for all workers to attend Good coworkers Making a difference in people's lives

      Cons

      Full time hours without full time benefits Strict on overtime Schedule changes a lot which messes with work/life balance No pay raise

      Flexibility, clinic hours, holidays off

      Also flexibility. Too many call offs. Understaffed in the worst way. Pay isn’t good.
