      They are great with working with your schedule.

      Cons

      Management doesn’t do a lot to pitch in. Instead of stepping up they will pull from another department to do the work load of two sometimes three other employees.

      Flexibility, clinic hours, holidays off

      Cons

      Also flexibility. Too many call offs. Understaffed in the worst way. Pay isn’t good.
