Bad work environment - Ophthalmic Technician Holzer Health System Employee Review

Almost every position other than providers are grossly underpaid while you are expected to be above and beyond. If you work under a provider they are allowed to transfer you whenever they want without cause and if no other positions are available or want you then you will be laid off. Management is very disorganized and will pass blame when mistakes are made. Everyone gossips and if anything negative is said it will always make it's way to management and you will be reprimanded.
