      1. Had an amazing manager. She was the best manager, but I have not been able to find a manager like her until now. 2. A very collaborative environment. 3. Open Culture

      1. The only downside was that my other colleagues and I were retrenched from the company as the CEO felt like the Malaysia team wasn't hitting the target and decided to decentralize the company.
