A very busy place - takes a special person to work there.

The mission is admirable. The goal of revitalizing dilapidated homes, increasing owner occupancy and decreasing vacancy rates is important for the city of Syracuse.

There is a lot of in-fighting, the Executive Director appears to be supportive but it is clear that there are some unsavory things happening behind the scene. They do not promote talent. It can be oppressive; long hours, high expectations, low pay. Also, pay rate was changed based on health coverage (after a small raise, half was taken away once management learned I had changed to family health coverage). Talented employees leave.
