      Pros

      Hillary, the office manager, is an amazing trainer and easily answered all questions that came up.

      Cons

      Supervisor didn’t provide any necessary information when training started. Was sat at a computer; with no communication the first day. There were no SOPs for customer service reps to use as guides on how to do their job
