It's somewhat uncommon for people my age to stay with the same employer for years on end, and I'm treated well, so I continue to give my best. I get to meet a diverse range of personalities and backgrounds. If I don't know how to do something, I ask, and am taught. Most are fairly compensated for their skills, experience and work ethic.

I don't have many complaints.

They set you up to be successful. You can make money and advance. Show up and do work make money everybody is happy

They ask alot of you. Your position can change at anytime , i really cant say any other cons about them.
