Nothing as Pros just a fraud company, Only pro is You can leave your office on Time,

They will hire you and start making presure for sales, Once sales if done, before paying incentive they will remove you. Or ask for another Sale , Its a fraud company. And their are plenty of cases of them Doing same thing with plenty of employees,

Good atmosphere to work. Colleagues are nice

Salary can be better and incentives also
